Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for the order. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the shipping carrier fails to deliver the package within the guaranteed delivery time frame.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
